I finally got my hands on that incredibly hyped up, Morphe 35O Palette! This palette has been out for a while now but, has been very hard to get because each time they re-stock, the palette is out of stock within minutes! It is a very sought after palette and I was one of those people wanting it so badly! This 35 pan palette is so sought after that there is a limit of one palette per person on the site. Just recently I was able to get it quickly after seeing Laura Lee's(https://www.youtube.com/user/laura88lee) Snap Chat! A big thank you to Laura for the code for some $$ off! So, let's get into the review and see how I am liking this very sought after palette! This palette is in the classic Morphe case. Its a hard plastic that is solid on both sides. I do not care for the packing of the shadows to be honest. Its travel friendly being slim with the hard plastic but, the plastic is so thin and bendable that it can actually break the shadows easily. Which, many have stated that even with bubble wrapping, their palettes have come shattered. It could be the mailing systems fault or faulty packaging that may NOT be so travel friendly. Who know... It does come apart easily though to be put into a separate storage or Z palette which, if you do intend on traveling a lot with it, I would recommend doing. There are 35 shadows in this palette all in the warm tone mode. From the top left corner it morphs from light flesh colors to the bottom right corner that is more dark browns and copper oranges. It is a beautiful range of colors for the neutrals ladies and warm tone ladies. You never have to worry about getting a palette that contains the same shadow colors you may have purchased in single shadows because Morphe makes unique shades for all the colors in each of their palettes so customers do not end up with duplicates when buying palettes. I find that to be rare and such a treat. I am sad to say that I could not find on the site, any concrete information on how many mattes versus shimmer etc are in the palette so I went by my own opinion. In that opinion there are 20 mattes, 8 satins, and 7 shimmer/frost shadows. There is a massive variety of browns in this palette versus any other color. There are about twenty different shades of brown. The crazy thing is, they all are a different shade of brown completely! (See pictures below for reference). The massive amount of browns though, makes the creativity with the palette limited. A lot of the shadows are super pigmented and very easy to blend. Some of them though, are less pigmented than I thought they would be and are patchy. Not many though so, it does not bother me much. Some of the shimmer/frost shadows are chunky and almost feel wet. I'm not sure if I like or dislike that yet. I do know those who like to use their fingers with lid shades, will find these shadows hard to work with because even though they are chunky and pigmented, they do not blend on the lid and leave your lid chunky with a bunch of fall out. The transition colors however, for the most part, are creamy and very easy to blend. They can be built up slowly which is good and something I really like! ![]() So, my final conclusion on this palette is that I absolutely believe it is worth every penny of my money. I do find the amount of browns to limit the palette a bit but, for me personally, it becomes an all in one palette for transitions shades and neutral smokey eye colors, with a few lid colors thrown in. I can definitely get a lot of use out of this palette especially for the fall and winter months. I love Morphe shadows to begin with. For the quality of the shadows, the price per pan ($2.29/pan) is amazing! However, Morphe does not do well with staying in stock on things and tends to run out of shadows and palettes easily. Make sure to be subscribed to someone or watch their social medias of people who are affiliated with Morphe to know exactly when they re stock and get coupon codes to save some money. Its like a rat race at times. Also, their processing can be SUPER slow and they actually give you an option to pay $10 to speed up the processing time. I never have paid that but, with this palette, my item was shipped out and received quicker than other sites I ordered from two days earlier from Sephora. I have heard negative and positive reviews about the shipping/customer service of Morphe. So, I think it may all fall down to luck whether you have a good or bad experience with them but, I do think the shadows are worth it, especially this palette.
