Everyone has "Holy Grail" items we just can NOT live without! I wanted to share with all you MY Holy Grail items and what I am absolutely loving and use every single day! A lot of them are affordable drug store items and some are High End items that are so worth saving up for!! Leave me a comment and tell me what YOUR "Holy Grail" items are!! xoxo
1. Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer I was probably the last person to try this product! I was skeptical because I had tried the foundation from this line and it was crap. I heard a lot of great things about the concealer, so I decided to grab it. It retails for $6.99 at Target. It is an amazing product! It contains Goji Berry and Haloxyl and feels amazing on your skin! You can also use it as a highlighter. The top puff applicator makes concealing and highlighting faster than ever!! 2. Rimmel Stay Matte Powder This was another product that took me a bit to grab. I'm so glad I did though! It retails for $3.97 at Walmart so, its affordable to everyone! I use it every single day to set my liquid foundation. It doesnt leave you face powdery or discolored. I am already half way to pan! This is a product you need 2 or 3 back ups of! I also carry it around with me incase my face gets oily throughout the day. I just pat a bit on the problem areas and it completely mattes everything out! 3. NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams I absolutely LOVE the NYX matte lip creams! They are the only lipsticks that I want every single one in my collection. They retail for $5.99 at Target. They can be a little drying on the lips if you re apply them without using a lip balm but, I personally like that because I know its staying on my lips and not fading. The color pay off is amazing and I always have one of them in my purse. My favorite at the moment is Milan. Its the perfect pink "Your lips but better" color. 4. Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade It took me a while to buy this product. I used the ELF brow kit before and that worked fine so I could never justify the price. It retails for $18.00 at Ulta and you can separately buy the brush for $18.00 as well. I did not buy the brush. I use an ELF small angled brush and it works perfectly. Im so happy i ended up buying this product though. Its so rich and creamy and makes doing your eye brows so fast and precise! I would definitely recommend picking this product up! It can really amp up your eyebrow game! 5. Lancome Cils Booster XL This product is a base/primer for your eyelashes and mascara. I got this product from a 100 point perk at Sephora and am 100% buying the full size. It retails for $25.00 at Sephora and after using it, it is completely worth the price. I apply it before i use my mascara and let it dry for a couple minutes and then apply mascara. It makes your lashes come to life and looks like you are wearing false lashes. It has really brought out my lower lashes because they are really sparse. I use it every single day! I would definitely recommend this product, you will love it! 6. NYX Jumbo Pencil in MILK This product should be a MUST HAVE for every single woman that wears eye shadows. It retails for $4.49 at Target. I use it as a base on my lid and it makes any shadow I use POP. If you have a shadow that looks amazing in the pan but just doesnt transfer very well this is YOUR product!! I also use it on my lower water line if im overly tired looking to make myself look more radiant and awake! Its a definite must have! 7. MAC LIGHTSCAPE Highlighter I got this from a makeup swap and fell in love VERY fast! This product retails for $32.00 on the MAC website. Its very pricey but is beyond worth it. It makes your face look like an angel touched you! No matter what makeup look you use, this product can enhance it! Its the last thing i do in my daily routine and will always be a staple for me. If your going to save for a high end product this is it!! 8. Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream I was skeptical of this product because I am a full coverage kind of girl. I finally got this and was in love the first time I used it! It retails for $6.29 at Target. I some times re apply this 2 or 3 times just because of how much I love the feeling of applying it! haha! Its so moisturizing and really does work! Its has 8 in 1 benefits such as, Blurs imperfections, Enhances, Brightens, Adjust to your skin tone, Smoothes, Hydrates, SPF 30, and 0% oils and heavy ingredients. If your not a foundation woman than this product is for you! I also use it with my liquid foundation or alone if I want some coverage but not a full on makeup look. 9.Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation I am in love with this foundation. Its a must have! If you like full coverage this product is for you! Its the best mousse foundation I have personally ever used. It retails for $4.97 at Walmart. I have plenty of back ups and different shades for different seasons. It hides every single imperfection I have and makes my skin look flawless! I either use it alone or with another liquid foundation! Its a must try product! Its light weight and has shine control! 10. ELF Precision Liquid Liner I do not use any other liquid liner but this product. Its been that way for years. I have tried a lot of others and nothing compares. It retails for $3.00 on the eyeslipsface.com site so it is affordable to anyones budget! Its has the small paint like applicator not the felt tip. The product is truly black and stays that black even when it dries. It will always be a staple in my collection and I couldnt do my makeup without it!! I finally got to the drug-store and picked up some of the Maybelline Matte Lipsticks! I have been hearing about these on YouTube for a while now and had to see for myself if they were any good. I love matte lipsticks over any other kinds because they stay on my lips more and there is less re-applying. I ended up grabbing two from the collection. I grabbed 665 Lust For Blush and 660 Touch Of Spice. These lipsticks retail at $7.49. This price upsets me as it seems that drugstore products are increasing their prices and are costing more like high end products now. But, I did end up LOVING these lipsticks. They are really creamy for being a matte lipstick. They are also buildable so, you can have them in a light shade or darken them quite a bit. The lip swatches in the photo is of one application. They do get a bit darker! I applied this lipstick and went downtown for hours. I was drinking things and even had a snack and the lipstick never moved. It faded a tiny bit but if someone looked at you that wouldnt be able to tell at all. If you re-apply the lipstick without fully taking off what you had on, it will start to clump a little. They are also drying on the lips (most mattes are) but not as drying as I thought they would be just looking at them. Most matte lipsticks when you rub your lips together will not move. These are not like that. They are really creamy and almost feel like a lip balm on the lips. I'm not sure if I would recommend buying the whole collection since they are pricey but, have at least one in your collection is a must! My favorite so far is Touch Of Spice! It has such a bold fall color. Im completely addicted. If you have any of these lipsticks, leave me a comment and tell me which one is your favorite!!
